Pure Potential HR is a team of Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) providing practical HR support to small and growing businesses across British Columbia.

We work with business owners who don’t need full-time, in-house HR, but do need clear, reliable guidance as their teams grow. Our approach is grounded, people-first, and focused on helping businesses set things up properly from the start.
